The Conference will take place at the AeMC Research Center, Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, Greece from 3-4/6/2023. 

Two of the main special tools for pilot medical screening, color deficiency and mental status assessment, will be presented extensively, followed by hands-on training.

There will be specific presentations on two of the EASA-accepted special tools for color deficiency, the Anomaloscope and the CAT test with experts in the field from both Aeromedical Centers of Greece and guest speaker Dr. Claudia Stern Ophthalmologist from DLR Germany. There will also be practical training.

The MMPI2 and CogScreen psychometric tools will be explained at length by experts in the field. Dr. Gary Kay, creator of the aeromedical version of CogScreen will be coming from the US for this presentation. There will also be practical training.

Registration will cost 300 euros (IBAN Alpha Bank GR8501407000700002101242700) to cover mainly the travel and accommodation costs of guest speakers from abroad, but it will be worth it.

There will be a certificate of attendance counting for the AME refresher program. The detailed program will be sent to those interested soon.
